Keri Lynda Horvat
Keri Lynda Horvat, the firm’s principal dedicates her legal practice to real estate transactional and community association law matters. She is a title agent with Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC, and has extensive experience with residential and commercial real estate closings throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Horvat represents both residential and commercial community associations throughout South Florida. Ms. Horvat is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. She has many years of experience as an insurance and business litigator and uses the skills and know-how from her trial and appellate cases to provide her clients with successful legal outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication (1992) and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami (1996). In 1999, she received the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Award for Professionalism for her personal commitment to honor and integrity within the legal profession. Ms. Horvat is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Florida.
